Do you mind sharing your gif-making process?
sure! it’s not gonna be anything too in-depth but first things first, i try to get the best quality videos, so usually .ts/.tp videos in either 720p or 1080p. after that, i usually watch the raws on mpc, sometimes on fastforward 2x or even 4x if i’m in a rush or not really that interested LOL. i usually focus on reactions. (if it’s a compilation set or birthday set, i’ll rewatch a lot of performances/videos until i find moments i really like & wanna gif.) i also have notepad open when i’m watching so i can take notes on certain times for certain reactions/moments and then i open the video in kmplayer and extract all frames from those specific times. depending on how many frames, i’ll do some deleting of frames within the folder before importing everything into a stack on photoshop. make layers into frames, reverse layers, and then set the timing. i usually use something between .04~.08 it really depends. after that i do cropping, smart sharpening or topaz detail/clean/denoise, then coloring (or no coloring lol.) i really like using curves and selective colors. then i preview gif, make sure it’s under the 3mb limit and save!
tl;dr gifs take a long time to make and take way too much effort sometimes
